UK and Worldwide Delivery Charges We understand how important it is to our Su Doku customers to show our postage and packaging charges up front, rather than add them in at checkout as hidden charges. At sudokushop.com, therefore, the applicable delivery charge for each particular product is clearly displayed below the product price, so you can see exactly the total order cost. If you order multiple products, the individual delivery charges are added together to give a combined total at the checkout.
For UK customer orders totalling more than £25, the UK delivery charges will be deducted at the checkout.
Please note that goods for delivery outside the European Community may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient. You assume full responsibility for complying with any importation regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
Downloadable Su Doku Products No delivery charges apply to downloadable products, such as a desktop games, printable pdf Su Doku Puzzle books and mobile games
Delivery Times - Items In Stock We aim to deliver them to you within a maximum period of 7 days. Our average actual delivery times are generally 1 -3 days from placing your order. If you place your order before 12.00 noon, it is normally dispatched the same day.
Delivery Times - Items Out Of Stock & Pre Order Items If you order an item that is shown 'Out Of Stock' or available on a 'Pre-Order' basis, we shall email you shortly after receiving your order (within a maximum of 5 days) and inform you of the expected delivery date of your order. If the expected delivery date is not suitable for you - you can cancel your order and receive a refund. Items are only shown 'Out Of Stock' because we are perhaps waiting on a delivery from our suppliers - where we have an out of stock item and we do not know when we shall receive it, we simple remove the item from the site.
Order Status You can check the status of your order at any time, by going into Your Account and clicking the Order History Button. This area will give you full details of your current and past orders with us. It will tell you, for example, if your order has been dispatched.
Cancelling Your Order Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products where the item has been unsealed or in respect of digitally downloaded items.
To cancel your ordert you must notify us in writing.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your order then you do not have right to cancel, you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Returns and Refunds If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, and wish to return it to us, we ask that in first instance you contact one of our customer service representatives on 01403 253022 (mon - fri 9am - 5pm) or by email to sales@sudokushop.com to advise that you wish to return the item and confirm the return addres,s as in some circumstances we may ask you to return the item direct to the manufacturer or supplier.
Products must be returned in their original condition within 28 days of the date you received them and unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
When returning an item to us, please wrap and package the item(s) securely and send to the address below, enclosing the reason for return, a copy of the delivery note that was supplied or if this has been destroyed, a copy of the confirmation e-mail you were sent. We suggest that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return the items to us and obtain proof of posting when returning items in case the parcels go missing as sudokushop.com does not accept responsibility for loss or damage In-Transit. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products.

It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that sudokushop.com will refund the necessary purchase price for the item. If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery. Please note that refunds bought as gifts or presents can only be given to the original payer and we can’t stop the payer knowing.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
